Apple recently revealed its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is updates to three known models and the new iPhone Air, which takes the place of the iPhone Plus. If camping out on release day is not your style, and you still want to grab one as soon as possible, you'll be able to place a pre-order for the iPhone 17, 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.The iPhone 17 gets a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after a long wait (and a lot of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally features a 120Hz refresh rate.
Internally, Apple’s new A19 chip is more powerful and also more optimized, especially when paired with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you'll notice a huge jump in speed and better gaming performance thanks to ProMotion.
Camera wise, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also receives an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and much more impressive.

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in black, white, light gold and sky blue.
